My name is Keith Vincent and I have been practicing in public accounting for over 30 years and have had my own accounting practice for the last twenty-four years. In 2016 I sold my practice in South Carolina and relocated to Utah. I am blessed to be able to work with my son, Daniel.

As my practice has grown here in Utah, I have been searching for one last accounting firm that has just the right type of clients. Fortunately, I found just the firm in Sanford & Company. Over the past few months, I have gotten to know Noelle and I am impressed with her work ethic and dedication to her clients.

During that time, I have also realized that Noelle has similar types of clients and serves them in the same manner that I did in SC. My intention is to keep the same great quality of service that you have been accustomed to.

My name is Daniel Vincent, and I am a CPA and attorney. I have been practicing through my firm, Vincent Law, since 2017. Prior to forming my own practice, I worked in tax services at Deloitte and Ernst & Young. My practice has focused on helping small business owners and individuals in the areas of tax, estate planning, and business law.

Throughout my time practicing law, I have continued to assist clients with their bookkeeping and tax preparation needs. I am excited to join Keith in continuing the great work Noelle and her team have been doing. Keith and I hope that our skillsets will be beneficial to you. 

I will continue to operate my law firm as a separate entity, but I hope to give you as consistent an experience as possible through any and all work we do together.
